This two-day workshop is open to professional counselors, biblical counselors, and other professionals working with individuals with a history of complex trauma and childhood abuse. This event is NOT designed for trauma survivors. Melissa Finger, Deborah Simon, and Stefanie Hinman will be speaking from the lens of their decades of experience working with complex trauma and dissociation. At this event we will be presenting on topics related to working with these survivors. We will discuss the diagnosis of Dissociative Identity Disorder, ethical considerations working with dissociation, how the body responds to trauma, and various interventions that have been successful in bringing lasting healing to these individuals.
