Informed Body Healing

As a Health and Wellness Coach and Master Herbalist, Beth offers instruction and support to establish health and vitality to the whole person. This includes the use of nutrition and lifestyle coaching and natural health methods. Natural methods used include herbology, gemmotherapy, aromatherapy, homeopathy, essences of flowers, iridology and supplementation. Post trauma and current trauma healing support is also offered using the natural methods listed.

GateWay of Hope Groups

GateWay Groups provide women with the comfort and support of a community of other women experiencing same or similar life challenges. All of our support groups take place in a safe and confidential environment.
